Description: In 2023, popular cycling & tourist Croatian region Istria is getting a long-awaited stage team MTB race - Istria MTB stage race. The race, which will provide the best MTB experience in Istria, will take place from September 21st, 2023 to September 23rd, 2023. Two-member teams will compete on approximately 250 kilometers long MTB trails in Porec, Rabac & Labin area.
During the three days of the race, competitors will face approximately 2.500 m of ascent. Each of the three stages of the race is divided into three time segments. Race competitors are divided in six categories (Men, Men Masters, Men Grand Masters, Women, Mix, E-bike). MTB enthusiasts willing to participate are required to be at least 18 years old at the first day of the race (Stage 1). The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 400 competitors / 200 teams.
The organizer of the Istria MTB stage race is Adria Bike, a well-known MTB events organizer.
